乳腺珠蛋白在乳腺癌中的研究进展

摘要

Human mammaglobin-A(MGBA,MGB1,hMAM-A) gene also called SCGB2A2(secretoglobin,family 2A,member 2),is composed of 93 amino acids,belonging to the immunoglobulin superfamily member.In normal breast epithelium is lower expression,increased from 40% to 80% of human breast cancer.the general expression and its specific tissue specificity makes it a breast cancer diagnosis,early metastasis of molecular markers and attractive immune therapeutic targets.This review focuses on human mammaglobin a characteristics and application progress in breast cancer.%人乳腺珠蛋白(mammaglobin-A,MGBA or MGB1;也称human mammaglobin-A,hMAM-A)基因名为SCGB2A2(分泌型球蛋白2家族成员2),由93个氨基酸组成,属于免疫球蛋白超家族成员.在正常乳腺上皮低表达,在40%~80%的人类乳腺癌中高表达,这种普遍表达及其专一的组织特异性使其成为乳腺癌诊断,早期转移的分子标志物及有吸引力的免疫治疗靶点.本文就人乳腺珠蛋白特性及其在乳腺癌中的应用进展作一综述.
