红外非热生物效应治疗宫颈HPV感染临床观察

         

摘要

Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of non-thermal biological effect of infrared light treatment for cervical HPV infection.Methods:Cases with cervical HPV infection in our hospital from January 2014 to February 2016 were randomly divided into treatment group(493 cases)and control group(339 cases).In treatment group,patients were given non-thermal biological effect of infrared light treatment for 1 to 3 courses.Patients in control group were given no treatment.All patients were followed up after 3,6,9 months by cervical HPV testing to evaluate the clinical treatment effects and the natural negative rate.Results:In the treatment group the effective rate of each course was 62.27%,72.00%,81.74%,while the control group was 6.49%,20.65%,45.13%.The difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The non-thermal biological effect of infrared light treatment is effective for cervical HPV infection,also safer,noninvasive and no side-effect compared with other treatments.%目的:探讨红外非热生物效应治疗宫颈人乳头状瘤病毒(human papillomavirus,HPV)感染的临床疗效.方法:经患者知情同意,选择2014年1月至2016年2月哈尔滨医科大学附属第二医院宫颈HPV检测阳性患者,行红外非热生物效应治疗为观察组(493例),分别治疗1~3个疗程,并评估各疗程治疗效果;不予特殊处理观察其HPV感染自行转阴情况为对照组(339例),分别于3、6、9个月后行HPV检测,观察其HPV感染自行转阴情况.结果:观察组3个疗程的有效率分别为62.27%、72.00%、81.74%,对照组为6.49%、20.65%、45.13%,观察组临床治疗较对照组效果显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:红外非热生物效应治疗宫颈HPV感染治愈率高,且无痛无创,值得临床推广应用.
