不同曝光技术在放射治疗中的应用

         

摘要

目的:尝试将单次曝光、双曝光、三次曝光及多次曝光成像技术应用于放射治疗,以降低放射治疗的质控成本.方法:采用单次曝光成像技术拍摄治疗位置验证片,并对374例病人首次摆位误差进行分析,也尝试了其他曝光成像技术用于不同目的.结果:单次曝光成像技术拍摄正交放疗位置验片表明,374例病人中需要纠正的171例,占总数的45.7%.双曝光成像技术拍摄病人的射野位置验证片可以确定射野符合程度及与周围正常组织的比邻关系.三次曝光成像技术可确定电子线后颈补量的照射范围.多次曝光成像技术可拍摄放疗设备质控项目检查片,用IVS软件测量计算误差的偏离方向及程度.结论:在放射治疗中可灵活选用曝光技术以适用不同目的.%Objective:To reduce the costs of quality control,single,dual,triple,and multiple exposure techniques were attempted in radiotherapy.Methods:The position verification images were taken using single exposure technique,and the set-up errors of 374 patients were analyzed.The other exposure techniques were also used for various purposes.Results:The orthogonal images for position verification taken by single exposure technique showed that 171 patients of 374 patients,which accounted for 45.7% of the total amount,need to be corrected.The portal images taken by dual exposure technique could determine the conformity of radio filed and the relationship with neighboring normal organism.The radio volume of electronic beam for dose boost in the nape of neck could be determined by triple exposure technique.The checking images for quality control could be taken by multiple exposure techniques.The direction and degree of calculation errors could be measured by TVS software.Conclusion:In radiotherapy the exposure techniques could be used flexibly for various purposes.
