曲普瑞林在低危初治滋养细胞肿瘤化疗中对AMH、FSH的短期调节作用观察

摘要

目的:研究和评价在低危初治滋养细胞肿瘤患者化疗时使用曲普瑞林对AMH和FSH的短期调节作用.方法:将2012年7月至2015年9月在我院接受化疗的低危初治滋养细胞肿瘤患者50例按照有无使用曲普瑞林分为观察组和对照组,各25例.分析两组治疗方案的疗效及其对骨髓抑制、消化道反应及肝功能的影响.比较观察两组在接受化疗时、化疗结束时及化疗结束后1年时的血清AMH、FSH水平.结果:观察组化疗结束时及结束1年后的AMH、FSH水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组化疗结束1年后的AMH水平显著低于本组化疗前和化疗结束时AMH水平(P<0.05);对照组的组内比较均有显著差异(P<0.05).结论:曲普瑞林应用于低危初治滋养细胞肿瘤患者化疗同期时,对化疗效果无不良影响,且能保护患者的卵巢储备功能.%Objective:To study and evaluate on the trophoblastic''s short-term regulation on the AMH and FSH level of the patients with the low risk GTN during the chemotherapy.Methods:We collected the data from July 2012 to September 2015 in our hospital received chemotherapy for low-risk initial treatment in patients with trophoblastic tumor in 50 cases,the patients were divided into the observation group and control group according to whether to use the triptorelin,25 cases in each group.The curative efficacy of chemotherapy in the two groups was analyzed,including the effect of bone marrow suppression,gastrointestinal reaction and liver function.The serum levels of AMH and FSH were compared between the two groups at the end of chemotherapy and at the end of chemotherapy for the last 1 year.Results:The observation group after chemotherapy and 1 year after the end of the AMH levels were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The level of AMH after 1 year after the end of chemotherapy group was significantly lower than that of the group before chemotherapy and after chemotherapy AMH level(P<0.05).The control group were significantly different(P<0.05) changes of AMH level,and the FSH level had the same trend.Conclusion:Triptorelin used in low risk of initial treatment in patients with trophoblastic tumor chemotherapy,no adverse effects on the effect of chemotherapy and ovarian reserve function and can protect the patients.
