G蛋白偶联受体C家族5A的研究进展

摘要

G protein-coupled receptor family C group 5 member A(GPRC5A),formerly known as retinoic acid-inducible gene1(RAIG1),belongs to the GPCR family.Studies showed that GPRC5A is a specific tumor suppressor gene of lung cancer and ESCC.But in colorectal cancer and ICC it may promote tumor cells proliferation.In addition,in ALI and EAE GPRC5A expression is low.This review laid special stress on summarizing the characteristics of GPRC5A and its family member as well as the relationships with related tumor and other disease.%G蛋白偶联受体C家族5A(GPRC5A),曾用名维甲酸可诱导基因1(RAIG1),属于GPCR家族.研究表明GPRC5A 是肺癌、食管鳞癌等的抑癌基因,而在大肠癌、肝内胆管癌中则可促进肿瘤细胞的增殖.此外,在急性肺损伤及实验性自身免疫性脊髓炎中,GPRC5A呈低表达.本综述对GPRC5A和其家族成员的特点,及其与相关肿瘤和其他疾病的关系进行重点阐述.
