溶质转运蛋白SLC3A2与肿瘤的关系

摘要

溶质转运蛋白是细胞内数量最多的一类转运蛋白,能够转运包括核酸、氨基酸、糖类、离子、矿物质、药物等物质,是调节和控制细胞内外物质转运的重要通道.越来越多的证据表明溶质转运蛋白与肿瘤密切相关,近年来研究发现其家族成员溶质转运蛋白家族3成员2(Solute Carrier family 3 member 2,SLC3A2)在包括肝癌、肾癌、黑色素瘤等多种肿瘤中表达量增高,并且参与肿瘤细胞增殖、迁移、黏附等生物学行为的调节.本文就近年来关于SLC3A2的研究进展加以总结和概述.%The Solute Carriers(SLC)are trans-membrane proteins and play a crucial role in membrane transport and transport regulation of numerous substances,including nucleotides,amino acids,sugars,metal,inorganic cations/anions,drugs etc.In the past few decades,progress has been achieved in understanding the importance of SLC family in tumor growth and tumor cell proliferation.Recent studies have revealed that Solute Carrier family 3 member 2(SLC3A2)was upregulated in tumors including hepatocellular carcinoma,renal cancer,melanoma,and so on,and acted as a key regulator in tumor cell proliferation,migration,adhesion,and some other tumor biological behavior.We would summarize related studies on SLC3A2 and present a review in this paper.
