晚期糖基化终产物在子宫内膜癌患者血清中的表达及临床意义

摘要

目的:通过研究晚期糖基化终产物(AGEs)在子宫内膜癌(EC)患者血清中的浓度来研究其在子宫内膜癌患者血清中的表达,并探讨其浓度变化对于子宫内膜癌临床辅助诊断的意义.方法:应用ELISA法对106例子宫内膜癌人群、45例糖尿病人群,41例健康人群的血清进行检测,观察血清中晚期糖基化终产物浓度的变化.结果:子宫内膜癌人群血清中晚期糖基化终产物的浓度均较糖尿病人群及健康人群升高(P<0.05).糖尿病人群血清中晚期糖基化终产物浓度较健康人群升高(P<0.05).在子宫内膜癌人群中,合并糖尿病人群血清中晚期糖基化终产物浓度高于单纯子宫内膜癌人群(P<0.05),且与血糖控制是否良好无关(P>0.05).晚期糖基化终产物浓度与分化程度相关(在低分化子宫内膜癌中浓度明显升高,与高分化及中分化相比P<0.05),而与临床分期、肌层浸润、淋巴结转移无关(P>0.05).结论:晚期糖基化终产物在子宫内膜癌人群及糖尿病人群血清中表达升高,在子宫内膜癌合并糖尿病人群中升高更为明显,在低分化子宫内膜癌中表达较高分化及中分化升高.晚期糖基化终产物有望成为早期筛查子宫内膜癌的生物学标志.%Objective:To investigate AGEs expression in serum of patients with endometrial carcinoma,through the study of the concentration of advanced glycation end products in serum of patients with endometrial carcinoma,and explore the meaning of the variation of concentration for endometrial carcinoma's clinical diagnostic significance.Methods:Under the application of ELISA method,a total of 106 cases of endometrial carcinoma group,45 cases of diabetes mellitus group and 41 cases of healthy controls were detected to observe the changes of serum advanced glycation end products in concentration.Results:The serum's concentrations of advanced glycation end products in endometrial carcinoma group were higher than those of people with diabetes mellitus group and healthy controls (P<0.05).The serum's concentrations of advanced glycation end products in diabetis mellitus group were also higher than those of healthy controls (P<0.05).In endometrial carcinoma group,people with diabetes mellitus have a higher level of serum's concentration of advanced glycation end products than that of the simple endometrial carcinoma group (P<0.05),and whether the control of blood glucose is good or bad shows no difference (P>0.05).The serum's concentration of advanced glycation end products is connected to the degree of endometrial carcinoma differentiation (the serum's concentrations in poorly differentiated endometrial carcinoma were significantly increased,compared with high differentiation and moderately differentiation with P<0.05),but shows no difference in clinical stage,myometrial invasion and lymph node (P>0.05).Conclusion:The expression of advanced glycation end products in serum's concentration increased in endometrial carcinoma group than that in diabetes mellitus group,and it shows a higher increase in the group of endometrial carcinoma and diabetes mellitus.The expression in poorly differentiated endometrial carcinoma group increases significantly higher than that in high and moderately differentiated endometrial carcinoma group.Advanced glycation end products is expected to become a new biomarker for the early screening of endometrial carcinoma.
