放疗联合中药治疗中晚期食管癌生存获益的Meta分析

摘要

目的:对放疗联用中药与单纯放疗治疗中晚期食管癌的近期疗效与1、2、3年生存率进行对比分析.方法:检索2000年1月1日至2015年7月1日放疗联合中药治疗中晚期食管癌的临床随机对照试验(RCT)文献,对符合本研究纳入标准的文献数据使用RevMan 5.3软件进行统计学分析.统计指标包含近期有效率及1、2、3年生存率.结果:共纳入21篇RCT,治疗患者1 758例.近期有效率95%CI值为1.17,P<0.000 01,1年生存率95%CI值为1.41,P<0.000 01,2年生存率95%CI值为1.32,P=0.006,3年生存率95%CI值为1.72,P=0.000 1,差异均有统计学意义.结论:放疗联用中药治疗中晚期食管癌的近期有效率及1、2、3年生存率均优于单纯放疗,患者放疗期间使用中药生存获益.%Objective:To study the short-term efficacy of radiotherapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine and radiotherapy in the treatment of middle and late stage esophageal cancer.Methods:To search the clinical randomized controlled trials from January 2000 to July 2015 in the treatment of middle and late stage esophageal cancer treated with radiotherapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine and analyzed by using RevMan 5.3 software.Results:Participants included 21 RCT,total 1 758 patients.Recent effectiveness 95%CI was 1.17,P<0.000 01,1 year survival rate 95%CI was 1.41,P<0.000 01,2 years survival rate 95%CI 1.32,P=0.006,3 years survival rate 95%CI 1.72,P=0.000 1,differences were statistically significant.Conclusion:Radiotherapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment 1,2,3 years survival rates are superior to pure radiation therapy.
