阿司匹林预防肿瘤的研究进展

摘要

Aspirin has been widely used as an antipyretic analgesic drugs.More and more epidemiological and clinical studies have shown that Aspirin can reduce the risk of a variety of malignant tumors,and reduce cancer mortality.On mechanism studies,it was found that Aspirin mainly depends on the COX pathway and non-COX pathway to inhibit tumor cell growth and to curb tumor development.In this article,clinical researches and anti-tumor mechanisms researches have been published in recent years are reviewed.%阿司匹林作为一种解热镇痛药物受到人们的广泛使用,越来越多的流行病学和临床研究表明,阿司匹林能够降低多种恶性肿瘤的发生风险,并且降低癌症死亡率.机制研究发现,阿司匹林主要通过依赖COX通路和非依赖COX通路抑制肿瘤细胞的生长,遏制肿瘤发生发展.本文将从近些年有关阿司匹林抗肿瘤的临床研究和抗肿瘤机制两方面内容进行总结和综述.
