MRI弥散加权成像ADC值在颅内生殖细胞瘤诊疗中的应用价值

         

摘要

Diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI)is the only noninvasive method to detect the diffusion motion of wa-ter molecular in living tissue.It has been widely used in the study of brain tumors and its response to therapy,because apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC)has a certain correlation with the tumor cell structure and the classification of the tumor.The potential and applicability of ADC value for the diagnosis of the disease were determined.Intracranial germ cell tumors (IGCTs),as a rare intracranial tumor,is lack of characteristic clinical manifestations and specifici-ty.This paper reviewed the relevant literature on the application of ADC in IGCTs and explored its relationship and application value.%弥散加权成像(diffusion-weighted imaging,DWI)是MR成像中唯一能够检测活体组织内水分子扩散运动的无创性方法,已被广泛用于研究脑肿瘤及其对治疗的疗效反应。因肿瘤细胞结构与肿瘤的分级在表观弥散系数(apparent diffusion coefficient,ADC)上存在一定的相关性,通过测定ADC值对病变进行诊断具有一定的潜力及适用性;颅内生殖细胞瘤(intracranial germ cell tumors,IGCTs)作为颅内罕见的肿瘤,因其缺乏特征性的临床表现及特异性,遂予临床准确诊断带来一定的困难。本文回顾ADC在IGCTs中应用的相关文献,探索其关系及应用价值。
