细胞黏附分子Catenin家族成员之一δ-catenin(也被称为NPRAP,neural plakophilin-related armadillo protein)最初被发现主要表达于神经元突触,它对突触的形态结构和功能维持起重要作用。随着研究的不断深入,δ-catenin与恶性肿瘤之间的关系逐渐受到研究者的关注,且现有的研究结果揭示δ-catenin在肿瘤组织中表达增高并与肿瘤患者的不良预后密切相关。本文主要综述了δ-catenin在肺癌、前列腺癌、乳腺癌、食道癌、结直肠癌等几个常见恶性肿瘤中的表达情况及其临床意义,为下一步深入研究δ-catenin促进肿瘤侵袭转移的机制奠定了基础。%As a member of cellular adhesion molecules-Catenin family,δ-catenin (also known as NPRAP,neural plakophilin-related armadillo protein),was expressed mainly in neurons at first,and δ-catenin also played impor-tant roles in maintains of structure and function in synapse.Accompanied by deeper research,the relationship betweenδ-catenin and malignant tumors attracted more and more attention of the researchers.Available results indicated that the expression ofδ-catenin was increased in tumors and there had a significant correlation betweenδ-catenin over-expression and poor prognosis of patients with tumor.In this paper,the expression and clinical significant ofδ-cate-nin were summarized in several common malignant tumors,including lung cancer,prostate cancer,breast cancer,e-sophagus cancer and colorectal cancer.Moreover,it also laid a foundation for next mechanism research ofδ-catenin's promoting invasion and metastasis of tumors in this paper.
