抗肿瘤靶向药物的分类

摘要

The classification of targeted anticancer agents is elusive.According to therapeutic targets,we propose a new classification for these agents to evaluate them:Molecular targeted agents,vascular targeted agents,immunomodu-latory agents and cellular targeted agents.This classification for targeted agents accounting for optimal targets and pre-cision mechanisms,could provide effective tools for clinicians.%抗肿瘤靶向药物的分类较模糊。按药物的作用靶标将抗肿瘤靶向药物分为分子靶向、血管靶向、细胞靶向和免疫靶向四类。新的分类具有靶标明确、机制清晰和归类简洁的特征，将为临床肿瘤医师提供有益帮助。
