Rsf-1/HBXAP在常见消化系统肿瘤中的表达及意义

Chromatin remodeling factor 1( remodeling and spacing factor 1,Rsf-1;also known as hepatitis B X-antigen associated protein,HBXAP),located in 11q13. 5,belong to the human core protein and chromatin assembly related factor is a member of the family,it′s a to promote cancer gene,the study found that in breast cancer,gastric cancer,colorectal cancer,lung cancer,hepatocellular carcinoma,ovarian cancer,and also so,high expression in the tumor tissure and have a great relationship with the prognosisof patients. Knockdown Rsf-1 gene expression and cor-responding joint application anti-cancer drugs may become the tumor treatment strategy. Rsf-1 high expression in tumor tissue of cases,the clinical prognosis worse than lower expression Rsf-1. Rsf-1 in the early days of digestive system tumors sensitivity is higher than other tumor markers,whether can be used as the best markers for early diagno-sis of digestive system tumors remains to be further research.%染色质重塑因子1（ remodeling and spacing factor-1，Rsf-1；又名Hepatitis B X-antigen associat-ed protein，HBXAP），位于11q13.5，属于人类核心组蛋白及染色质组装相关因子家族一员，是一个促癌基因，研究发现其在乳腺癌、胃癌、大肠癌、肺癌、肝癌、卵巢癌等肿瘤组织中高表达，并且与患者预后有很大的关系。下调Rsf-1基因表达和相应抗癌药物的联合应用可能成为肿瘤治疗的新策略。肿瘤组织中Rsf-1高表达病例的临床预后效果比Rsf-1低表达的差。Rsf-1在早期消化系统肿瘤中的敏感性比其他肿瘤标志物高，是否能作为早期诊断消化系统肿瘤的最佳标志物，有待于进一步研究。
