复发肝癌再手术治疗的体会

摘要

目的:探索肝癌术后复发患者再次手术治疗的可行性、安全性及治疗效果.方法:回顾性分析2010年至2016年于我院行手术切除的原发性肝癌术后复发患者的临床资料.结果:共有37例肝癌术后复发患者行再次手术治疗,所有患者均无手术期死亡,术后并发症发生率为32.4％.中位生存期为20个月,1、3和5年生存率分别为83.8％、36.4％和5.6％.结论:对于具有根治性手术切除的复发性肝癌患者,再手术是安全有效的.%Objective:To explore the effect of patients undergoing hepatic resection with recurrent hepatocellular carcinoma and evaluate the feasibility and safety.Methods:The clinical data of patients from 2010 to 2016 in our hos-pital after re－resection of recurrent hepatocellular carcinoma were analyzed retrospectively.Results:Thirty－seven recurrent hepatocellular carcinoma patients were undergone re－resection with no operative death.The median survival time was 20 months,the 1－,3－ and 5－year survival rates were 83.8％,36.4％and 5.6％,respectively.Conclu-sion:For patients with recurrent hepatocellular carcinoma with surgical resection,reoperation is safe and effective.
