三七总皂苷与乳腺癌治疗

摘要

中药三七有效成分三七总皂苷除有活血化瘀的功效外,还能够抑制肿瘤细胞生长、促进凋亡、改变肿瘤生长微环境、逆转肿瘤细胞多药耐药等作用.三七总皂苷对肿瘤的作用机制利于乳腺癌寻找多靶点共同防治其侵袭与转移,但目前国内外相关报道较少.本文主要对国内三七总皂苷防治肿瘤所开展的一系列研究作用机制作一综述,以期为乳腺癌治疗提供有价值的参考.%Panax notoginseng not only has the efficacy of promoting blood circulation and removing stasis,but also has the function of inhibiting tumor cells growth,promoting apoptosis,changing the micro - environment of tumor growth,and reversing multi-drug resistance of tumor cells.The inhibitory effect of panax notoginseng on breast cancer is conducive to the prevention and control of invasion and metastasis of multiple targets.However,related reports are few at home and abroad.This article reviews a series of studies on breast cancer which is treated with panax notogin-seng and analyses their mechanisms,so as to provide a valuable reference for breast cancer treatment.
