低温处理或GA3处理，均能打破已生根紫斑牡丹种子上胚轴休眠，两者组合处理效果更好，综合分析不同处理对紫斑牡丹种子发芽率、发芽指数、发芽时间的影响，发现20 d低温结合200 mg/LGA3处理最有利于种子发芽。%Low temperature treatment or GA3 treatment can break the epicotyl dormancy for Paeonia rockii seeds, Combination treatment is better, Comprehensive analysis on the effects of various treatments on shoot germination rate, germination index, first sprouting time of Paeonia rockii seeds, suggested that 20 days chilling combined respectively with 200 mg/L GA3 were beneficial to both seed germination.
