An inflection point of the Jiangsu coastal development has emerged ,with advantages and disadvantages ,opportu-nities and challenges coexisting at the same time .Facing a new situation ,it is a must to carry out the Five Projects includ-ing Scientific Planning Guide ,Port -Industry -City Interaction ,Coastal -Riverside -Bridge Interaction ,Strategic Pole Traction and Environmental Protection First , thereby establishing the new -period Jiangsu coastal development on solid ground and realizing the leapfrog development of the coastal areas of Jiangsu province with the guide of the Five Projects .%进入发展拐点的江苏沿海开发，优势与劣势并存，机遇与挑战同在。要根据新情况，实施科学规划引领、港产城联动、沿海沿江沿桥联动、战略极点牵引和环境保护优先“五大工程”，使新阶段的江苏沿海开发建立在坚实的基础上，以五大工程引领江苏沿海开发的跨越发展。
