中国人群Ghrelin基因Leu72Met多态性与2型糖尿病关系的Meta分析

         

摘要

目的 评价中国人群Ghrelin基因Leu72Met多态性与2型糖尿病的相关性.方法 检索相关数据库,收集Ghrelin基因Leu72Met多态性与2型糖尿病的相关性研究,对纳入文献提取有效数据后应用RevMan 5.1.1软件进行Meta分析,得出合并后的OR值及95%CI.结果 最终纳入5篇相关文献.Meta分析结果显示:以CC基因型为暴露因素,具有CC基因型的人群2型糖尿病发病风险明显减少[OR=0.74,95%CI (0.60,0.93)],差异有统计学意义;以AA基因型为暴露因素,CA+AA基因型合并为非暴露因素,具有AA基因型的人群2型糖尿病发病风险明显增加[OR=2.32,95%CI (1.09,4.91)],差异有统计学意义;以A基因型为暴露因素,C基因型为非暴露因素,具有A基因型的人群2型糖尿病发病风险明显增加[OR=1.33,95%CI (1.10,1.61)],差异有统计学意义.结论 Ghrelin基因408位点CC基因型可能是2型糖尿病的保护性因素,而A等位基因、AA基因型可能是2型糖尿病易感性的危险因素.%Objective To investigate the correlation of Ghrelin gene Leu72Met polymorphism with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) in Chinese population. Methods Relative database were searched to study the association of Ghrelin gene Leu72Met polymorphism with T2DM. Information was extracted and evaluated by two reviewers independently and data were analyzed by using RevMan 5.1.1. Results 5 studies were included. Meta-analysis results were as follows: the cases with CC genotypes of Ghrelin gene had protective effect to T2DM [OR=0.74, 95%CI (0.60, 0.93)]; the cases with A allele, AA genotypes of Ghrelin gene had higher risks of T2DM [OR=1.33, 95%CI (1.10, 1.61)], [OR=2.32, 95%CI (1.09, 4.91)]. Conclusion Ghrelin gene C allele, CC genotypes may associate with the protective effect to T2DM while A allele and AA genotypes may relate with the risk of T2DM.
