甘肃武都地区宫颈癌相关基因的筛选及生物信息学分析

         

摘要

Objective To better understand the molecular pathogenesis of cervical cancer infected with human papillomaviral 16 in Wudu Area of Gansu Province. Methods Three women of cervical cancer infected with human papillomaviral 16 were selected by pathological diagnosis method. The human gene expression of cervical cancers and their normal cervical tissues was analyzed with 21522 human genes of cDNA microarrays. Results 308 differentially expressed genes were identified in cervical cancer samples, including 126 up-regulated and 182 down-regulated genes. These genes were associated with the protooncogene, anti-oncogene, cell skeletons transporters and such processes as cell signal transduction, transcriptional control, cell adhesion, metabolism, immunity response and cell apoptosis. Conclusion Cervical cancer induced by human papillomaviral 16 is a result of effecting by polygene and multiple factors.%目的 从分子水平探讨甘肃武都地区感染人乳头瘤病毒16亚型的宫颈癌的发病机制.方法 病理已确诊的人乳头瘤病毒16亚型感染宫颈鳞癌3例,取宫颈癌组织及自身正常宫颈组织标本,用含21522条人类全基因的Oligo DNA微阵列芯片筛选出差异表达的基因进行分析.结果 在3例宫颈癌组织中共同差异表达的基因有308条,其中126条上调,182条下调.基因的功能涉及原癌基因、抑癌基因、细胞骨架结构、转运载体、细胞信号转导、转录调控、细胞黏附、新陈代谢、免疫相关以及细胞凋亡.结论 人乳头瘤病毒16亚型引发宫颈癌是多因素、多基因共同作用的结果.
