脑神经胶质瘤患者脑脊液TSGF及HGF水平对细胞外基质重构的影响

         

摘要

目的 探讨TSGF及HGF对脑神经胶质瘤进展的影响及与细胞外基质重构相关因子的关系.方法 选择到铜川矿务局中心医院神经外科就诊的84例胶质细胞瘤患者,WHOⅠ级28例,Ⅱ级患者25例,Ⅲ级患者20例,Ⅳ级患者10例,对各级患者脑脊液TSGF及HGF、MMP-2、TIMP-2、MMP-2/TIMP-2进行检测.结果 Ⅱ级患者脑脊液TSGF及EGF较Ⅰ,Ⅲ级患者TSGF及EGF较Ⅰ级、 Ⅱ级,Ⅳ级患者TSGF及EGF较Ⅰ级、 Ⅱ级、 Ⅲ级均出现显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).Ⅱ级患者MMP-2、TIMP-2及其比值较Ⅰ级差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),Ⅲ级患者MMP-2、TIMP-2及其比值较Ⅰ级、 Ⅱ级差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),Ⅳ级患者MMP-2、MMP-2/TIMP-2较Ⅰ级、 Ⅱ级、 Ⅲ级差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),TIMP-2较Ⅰ级、 Ⅱ级差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).TSGF与MMP-2、MMP-2/TIMP-2呈正相关,与TIMP-2负相关(P<0.05),EGF与MMP-2、MMP-2/TIMP-2呈正相关,与TIMP-2负相关(P<0.05).结论 神经胶质瘤患者脑脊液内TSGF及HGF水平升高与神经胶质瘤分级密切相关,细胞外基质重构相关因子可能参与该过程,密切监测上述因子有助于协助判断神经胶质瘤进展.%Objective To investigate the effects of TSGF and HGF in CSF on ECM remodeling in glioma patients.Methods 83 cases of neurosurgery glioblastoma patients including grade Ⅰ28 cases,25 cases of patients with grade Ⅱ,Ⅲ grade 20 cases,Ⅳ grade 10 patients were enrolled. TSGF and EGF,MMP-2, TIMP-2,MMP-2/TIMP-2 were detected.Results TSGF and EGF in patients with grade Ⅱ compared with Ⅰappeared significantly higher level(P<0.05),TSGF and EGF of Ⅲ grade patients compared with gradeⅠ,Ⅱ grade were significantly higher(P<0.05),TSGF and EGF of Ⅳ grade compared with gradeⅠ,Ⅱ grade,grade Ⅲwere significantly(P<0.05). MMP-2,TIMP-2,MMP-2/TIMP-2 in grade Ⅱ patients was significantly different than that in grade Ⅰ(P<0.05),MMP-2,TIMP-2,MMP-2/TIMP-2 in stage Ⅲ patients compared with Ⅰ,Ⅱ significantly different(P<0.05),MMP-2,MMP-2/TIMP-2 in stage Ⅳ compared with grade Ⅰ,Ⅱ grade,grade Ⅲ showed significant difference(P<0.05),TIMP-2 compared with grade Ⅰ,Ⅱ grade showed significant difference(P<0.05). TSGF with MMP-2,MMP-2/TIMP-2 showed significant positive correlation while showed negative correlation with TIMP-2(P<0.05),EGF and MMP-2,MMP-2/TIMP-2 showed significant positive correlation while showed negative correlation with TIMP-2(P<0.05).Conclusion Elevated cerebrospinal fluid levels of HGF and TSGF are an important factors leading to gliomas progress,the process of ECM remodeling-related factors are closely related to the progress,close monitoring those factors could help to make clear tumor progress.
