乡村振兴背景下留守儿童隐性违法现象与帮扶——基于广东部分乡村留守儿童隐性违法现象调研

Rural revitalization strategy is a complex systematic project, it involves politics, economy, culture, people's livelihood, environment and so on, the phenomenon of guarded children in rural areas as issues such as people's livelihood and education, become one of the key points to be solved. To investigate the hidden illegal phenomena of guarded children in some rural areas of Guangdong provice, to sort out the hidden illegal features and causes of guarded children, specific countermeasures are put forward from the aspects of education, environment and regulations.%乡村振兴战略是一个复杂的系统工程, 它涉及政治、经济、文化、民生、环境等方面.而乡村留守儿童现象作为民生与教育问题成为其中亟待解决的重点.本文立足留守儿童法制教育实践, 对广东省部分乡村留守儿童隐性违法现象进行调研, 整理出当前留守儿童隐性违法特征和成因, 从教育、环境和法规等方面提出具体帮扶对策.
