双内标毛细管GC-MS定量分析尼古丁

         

摘要

A double internal standard quantitative method of capillary GC - MS was established for the determination of nicotine using campor and m-cresol as the double internal substances. The result indicated that, under the same chromatographic conditions, the linear correlation coefficient of nicotine obtained from the double internal standard quantification curves was better than that obtained by the single internal standard method. This may be due to one more volatile substance as internal standard resulting in the rapid uniform distribution of samples partial pressure in the injection chamber.The effects of reducing the concentration of one standard and the location of the analyte peaks appeared on the correlation of the quantitative linear curve were also discussed. Therefore, it could be concluded that the double internal standard method coupled with quantitative capillary analysis can effectively eliminate the discrimination effect as injectting sample, and improve the accuracy of quantitative analysis.%建立了以樟脑和间甲酚为双内标物毛细管GC-MS定量分析尼古丁的方法.色谱分析数据表明:色谱条件不变时,双内标得到的尼古丁定量曲线的线性相关系数明显优于单内标法.这可能是由于双内标可使样品分压在进样室快速均匀分布所致.文中还讨论了内标物浓度以及内标物相对分析物的出峰位置对方法线性的影响.结果表明,采用双内标法进行毛细管定量分析,能有效消除毛细管分析中进样时产生的歧视效应,提高定量分析的准确度.
