Effects of different concentrations of cadmium chloride (0.4 μmol/L,0.8 μmol/L,1.2 μmol/L, 1.6 μmol/L,2.0 μmol/L,4.0 μmol/L,6.0 μmol/L,8.0 μmol/L,10 μmol/L) on white clover and alfalfa seed germination and seedling growth using hydroponics processing were studied. The results showed that white clover and alfalfa seed germination rate,and their average root length,stem length,average weight,average dry weight,after beingdelt with the different concentrations of cadmium chloride solution all showed a low concentration of stimulation effect and a high concentration of inhibition effect. When the concentration of cadmium chloride was 2.0 μmol/L,the growth of white clover was at its best. And growth of the white clover showed inhibition effect when the concentration was above 2.0 μmol/L. The most suitable concentration of cadmium chloride to alfalfa growth was 1.2 μmol/L,when the concentration of cadmium chloride was more than 1.2μmol/L,the growth of alfalfa showed inhibitory effect.%利用水培法研究不同浓度的氯化镉(0.4μmol/L、0.8μmol/L、1.2μmol/L、1.6μmol/L、2.0μmol/L、4.0μmol/L、6.0μmol/L、8.0μmol/L、10μmol/L)处理对白三叶和苜蓿种子发芽率、幼苗根长、茎长和鲜重、平均干重的影响.结果表明:白三叶和苜蓿种子的发芽率、平均根长、平均茎长、平均鲜重、平均干重,经不同浓度氯化镉溶液处理后都表现出低浓度的刺激效应和高浓度的抑制效应.当氯化镉浓度为2.0μmol/L时能促进白三叶生长,超过2.0μmol/L表现为抑制作用;当氯化镉浓度为1.2μmol/L时促进苜蓿生长,大于1.2μmol/L表现出抑制效应.
