房地产经济学领域实验研究的方法论

摘要

近年来在房地产经济学领域应用实验经济学方法的研究成果逐渐出现，但对于实验方法的合理实验步骤、适用范围和实验工具等方面的认识尚不明确，未形成标准的、成熟的研究范式，学术界缺乏对房地产经济学领域实验研究方法论的总结。基于房地产经济学领域实验研究现状，分析房地产经济学实验研究的可行性和特殊性，认为房地产市场微观主体决策、信息问题和政策检验是比较适宜采用实验经济学方法研究的领域。%The application of experimental economics in the field of real estate is appeared in recent years, but proper experi-mental steps, the scope and tools of experimental methods are still not very clear. The standard and mature methodology hasn't formed yet. The summary of the methodology of applying experimental economics in real estate research is very less. Based on the review of the experimental study in the field of real estate, this article analysis the feasibility and specificity of applying experimental economics in real estate, Studies have shown that: the experimental economics methods are most suitable to be used in the three issues, market subjects' micro decisions, information transmission and policy test.
