京津冀科技协同创新发展路径研究

摘要

The coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei has risen to a major national strategy, promote the coordinated development, cooperative innovation of science and technology is the emphasis, the key and core. Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei places have carried out cooperation on collaborative innovation of science and technology. Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has good foundation of innovation resources enrichment, fruitful, innovation carrier, strong industrial base to promote collaborative innovation of science and technology. We should grasp the direction, overall propulsion, share technical resources and optimize the policy environment aspects to promote collaborative innovation of science and technology of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.%京津冀协同发展已上升为重大国家战略，推进协同发展，科技协同创新是重点、关键和核心，京津冀三地已就科技协同创新开展合作。京津冀推进科技协同创新具有创新资源富集、创新成果丰硕、创新载体增多、产业基础雄厚的良好基础。应从把握方向、统筹推进、科技资源共享、优化政策环境等方面促进京津冀科技协同创新。
