The core of supply side reform is to ensure and create effective supply. Currently as the socioeconomic development and continuous improvement of people's income level,the development of population aging,family miniaturization,labor So-cialization, as well as Two-child policy, China's demand for family services show a situation of high speed growth. But at present,the development of our family service industry is not perfect,showing state of the original or the initial. Therefore, China should strengthen the all-round construction of the government level,guide and change the social concept,set up the housekeeping service consciousness,establish the norms and standards of the industry and cultivate professional high-level tal-ents.%供给侧结构性改革的核心是保证和创造有效供给。目前随着社会经济发展和人们收入水平的不断提高，人口老龄化、家庭小型化、劳动社会化的发展以及二孩政策的实施，使我国家庭服务需求呈现较高速度增长态势。但目前我国家庭服务业态发展不健全，呈现出原始或初始发展状况。因此，我国应从政府层面加强全方位建设，引导和转变社会思想观念，树立家政服务意识，制定行业规范和标准，培养专业化高层次从业人才。
