Based on the entropy production minimization approach for heat exchanger optimization design and relationship between the entropy production uniformity and heat exchanger performance by Tondeur and Kvaalen, an entropy production uniformity factor is defined and used to optimize Double-chevron Plate Heat Exchangers (DPHE) with different β (corrugation angles) . Optimized results based on the entropy production uniformity Criteria and the Performance Evaluation Criteria show that the performance of DPHE with β= 30° and β = 70° are the best. The Be (irreversibility distribution ratio) decrease as Re and β increase.%基于熵产最小化原理的换热器优化方法,以及Tondeur和Kvaalen研究的熵产均匀性与换热器性能之间存在的联系,提出了熵产均匀性系数这一概念,利用熵产均匀性系数优化不同波纹角度的复合人字形板式换热器.结果表明:无论是基于熵产均匀性标准的优化结果还是基于强化换热综合性能评价标准的优化结果,β为30°和70°的复合人字形板式换热器性能都是最好;随着雷诺数的增加,由流动阻力产生的熵产占总熵产的比重不断增加;相同雷诺数下,波纹倾斜角度大的的复合人字形板式换热器的阻力熵产所占比重较大.
