我国大学生就业决策心理的研究现状与展望

摘要

With increasingly severe competition environment and great number of graduates, the employment situation is becoming increasingly grim. The research on employment decision psychology of college students hears great significance for students themselves, colleges and universities and society. Based on the features of employment deci- sion psychology of college students and in view of the current situation of the research, the future research should fo- cus on the improvement of theory system and tools and methods, reasons for different decision making, the analysis of influential factors, relevant problems andcountermeasures.%摘要：面对日趋激烈的竞争环境和庞大数量的大学毕业生，就业形势日趋严峻。深入研究大学生就业决策心理问题，对于大学生个人、高校乃至整个社会都具有重要意义。基于大学生就业决策心理过程的特点。从研究的现状出发，未来研究的方向应该重点集中在理论体系与工具方法的完善，选择不同决策方式的原因探索、影响因素的分析以及相关问题和对策的讨论等方面。
