高职高尔夫专业人才培养模式的构建与实践

随着我国高尔夫产业的迅速发展，市场对高尔夫专业人才的需求不断增大，高尔夫人才的培养模式亟需不断创新内涵和提高质量，而高职院校的探索经验不容忽视。培养合格的高尔夫专业人才，构建“知行合一、五能逐进”的人才培养模式主要从以下几个方面入手：以工作过程为导向，实行模块化的课程体系；以岗位能力为核心，实行开放化的教学组织；以行业标准为依据，实行多元化的考核机制；以专业特点为切点，实行专业化的师资队伍。%Along with the rapid development of golf industry, the market demand for golf professional talented persons increases, and talents training mode of golf needs constant innovation and ciuality improvement. The experi- ence of higher vocational colleges should not be ignored. To cultivate qualified golf professionals, construct a talent training mode of ＂the unify of knowing and doing, five to one ＂has the important practical significance.
