The high-frequency signal was often used by ground-based radar as a communication signal,but it was susceptible to atmospheric effects.An environmental correction of radar signal was required to obtain the monitoring accuracy of better than millimeter in precision deformation monitoring using ground-based radar interferometry.A correction method based on the discrete stable point in the whole environment was proposed.The experiment proved that this method can optimize the measurement results for the small-scale scene.%地基雷达常采用高频信号作为传播信号,而高频信号易受大气影响,利用地基雷达干涉测量技术进行高精度目标变形监测时,为获取优于毫米级的监测精度需对雷达信号进行环境改正.针对小范围场景提出一种基于离散稳定点的全局环境改正方法,实验证明该方法可优化测量结果.
