Usually, when we correct the InSAR atmosphere effect based on MODIS water vapor data, the data may be polluted by the cloud. In order to improve the correction,we compared three kinds of interpolation methods; inverse distance weighted interpolation, Kriging and radial basis function. It is concluded that the Kriging method is best. The Kriging method was used in Harbin atmospheric delay correct test. The experimental results show that the RMS differences between InSAR and GPS reduced by 31. 25% after the correction.%通常在使用MODIS水汽数据改正InSAR中的大气效应时,该数据可能含有云污染,为了改善这种情况,比较了逆距离权倒数、克里格和径向基三种插值三种方法,得出克里格插值方法效果最好,并将该插值方法用于哈尔滨MODIS大气延迟改正试验.实验发现,经过克里格插值的MODIS水汽数据改正后,InSAR与GPS差异的均方根降低了31.25%.
