中草药对奶牛隐性乳房炎的体外抑菌试验

摘要

In order to seek optimum Chinese herbal medicine for the treatment of subclinical mastitis of bovine,1 3 kinds of Chinese herbal medicine with antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effect were selected. The effective composition was extracted by decoction method.The bacteriostatic effect was tested by four kinds of main pathogenic bacteria seperated from 6 dairy farms around Lanzhou.The minimum inhibitory concentration of Chinese medicine single herb and compound was used as the main index to detect the anti-bacterial effect.Berberine,rhubarb,dandelion,houttuynia no matter in single and in compound prescription all had a better antibacterial activities.Radis isatidis,honeysuckle,Fructus forsythia,gold cypress,Folium Isatidis and chinese violet showed some degree antibacterial activities,while cowherb,astragalus and radix trichsanthis showed no antibacterial activities.%为了寻求对奶牛隐性乳房炎有良好疗效的中草药，选取具有抗菌消炎作用的13种中草药，运用水煎法提取其有效成分；从兰州周边6个奶牛场采集奶样，从中分离得到4种引起乳房炎的主要致病菌；利用提取的中草药有效成分对这4种致病菌做体外抑菌试验，运用试管稀释法测定中药单味药和复方的最小抑菌浓度。结果表明：黄连、大黄、蒲公英、鱼腥草4味中药对引起奶牛隐性乳房炎的4种病原菌的抑菌效果良好；板兰根、金银花、连翘、黄柏、大青叶、紫花地丁具一定抑菌效果，而王不留行、黄芪、天花粉抑菌效果较差。同时还发现，复方中同时含有黄连、大黄、蒲公英、鱼腥草4种药物的复方抑菌效果较好。
