苍耳提取物苍耳亭的结构修饰及其杀虫活性测定

         

摘要

In this paper,the synthesis of 1 8 kinds of Xanthatin derivatives was completed by transfor-ming the chemical structure of Xanthatin.The biological activities of these derivatives on Tetranychusurti-cae and Mythimna separata were also tested by indoor bioassay.The results showed that C7 and C5 had high contact toxicity on Tetranychus urticae,of which the corrected mortality rates were 75.38% and 69.62% after 48 h at a concentration of 2.0 μg/μL,respectively.In addition,C7,C18,C5,and C10 had strong non-selective antifeedant activities on Mythimna separata,of which the non-selective antifeedant rates were 74.40%,63.59%,59.98%,and 58.40% after 48h,respectively.C5,C7,C14,and C4 had high contact toxicity on Mythimna separata,of which the corrected mortality rates were 78.74%,73.62%, 65.21%,and 62.06 after 48 h,respectively,while C5,C7,C14,and C10 had high stomach toxicity on My-thimna separatathe,of which the corrected mortality rates were 74.26%,65.32%,56.97%,and 53.86% af-ter 48 h,respectively.In conclusion,C7,C5,and C14 had not only high contact toxicity on Tetranychusur-ticae,but also high non-selective antifeedant activity,contact toxicity,and stomach toxicity on Mythimna separatathe.All of these substances have development prospective and potential application.C18,C10,and C4 are also well worth to research,because of their non-selective antifeedant activity,contact toxicity,and stomach toxicity on Mythimna separatathe.%通过对苍耳提取物苍耳亭的化学结构进行改造合成得到18种单体化合物,采用室内生测法测定了化合物对二斑叶螨和粘虫的杀虫活性.结果表明:C7和 C5对二斑叶螨触杀活性最高,48 h校正死亡率分别为75.38%和69.62%;C7、C18、C5和C10对粘虫有较好的拒食活性,48 h非选择拒食率分别为74.40%、63.59%、59.98%和58.40%;C5、C7、C14和 C4对粘虫有很好的触杀活性,48 h 校正死亡率分别分别为78.74%、73.62%、65.21%和62.06%;C5、C7、C14和 C10对粘虫有一定的胃毒作用,48 h 校正死亡率分别为74.26%、65.32%、56.97%和53.86%.可见,C7、C5和C14不仅对二斑叶螨雌成螨有很好的触杀活性,对粘虫还有良好地触杀、胃毒和拒食作用,具有很好的开发前景;C18、C10和C4对粘虫拒食、胃毒和触杀作用也值得研究.
