核桃壳与苜蓿配比对绵羊饲粮的组合效应

         

摘要

[目的]探讨不同精粗比(concentrate∶roughage,C∶R)下核桃壳与苜蓿配比对绵羊饲粮组合效应的影响.[方法]采用体外产气法测定C∶R20∶80 下核桃壳∶苜蓿为 80∶0,70∶10,60∶20,50∶30,40∶40,30∶50,20∶60,10∶70,0∶80 组合,C∶R30∶70 下核桃壳∶苜蓿为70∶0,60∶10,50∶20,40∶30,30∶40,20∶50,10∶60,0∶70组合,C∶R 40∶60下核桃壳∶苜蓿为60∶0,50∶10,40∶20,30∶30,20∶40,10∶50,0∶60组合,共 24 组饲粮组合及 3 种单独原料分别培养 2,4,6, 9,12,24,36,48,72,96 h内的产气量,并通过 24 h产气量(GP24h)和加权估算值计算出各组合的组合效应值(AE).[结果]当C∶R=20∶80时,各组AE均为负值.10∶70组显著大于60∶20组(P0.05),10∶60 和40∶30 组AE分别为 18.21%和 21.75%,其他组AE为负值,从 GP24h和产气参数值看,10∶60 组AE最大;当C∶R =40∶60 时,各组AE均为正值.50∶10 组显著大于 10∶50 组(P0.05).The AE of the groups of 10∶60 and 40∶30 were 18.21% and 21.75% respectively and the other groups were nega-tive.The AE of the group of 10∶60 was the greatest because GP24hand gas parameters of group of 10∶60 was the greatest when C∶R was 30∶70.The AE of all groups were positive when C∶R was 40∶60,and the group of 50∶10 was significantly greater than the group of 10∶50 (P<0.05).[Conclusion]It is concluded that the AE is greater when high level of concentrate (C∶R 40∶60)and high proportion of walnut shell (50∶10)are combined,and middle level of concentrate (C∶R 30∶70)and low proportion of walnut shell(10∶60) are combined,and the AE of all groups are negative when low level of concentrate (C∶R 20∶80).
