目前三峡库区工作进入后续阶段,为了促进三峡生态屏障区的环境保护和加快生态移民安置工作,运用土地流转的相关理论,结合生态屏障区的移民安置实践,提出了以生态农林产业园为基础,以土地流转为桥梁的移民安置模式,分析该安置模式的应用条件,并构建了土地流转生态屏障区移民安置模式.以重庆LS片区移民安置为例,对其土地流转生态屏障区移民安置模式进行分析,结果表明该片区移民安置效果较好.%At present, the work of Three Gorges Reservoir area is in the state of the subsequent phase. In order to promote the environmental protection of the ecological shelter zone and the work of ecological resettlement, a resettlement mode, which is based on ecological agriculture and forestry industrial park and regards the land circulation as the bridge, is proposed by means of the relevant theories of land circulation and the resettlement practices in the ecological shelter zone. Its application conditions are analyzed, and the resettlement mode for the ecological shelter zone based on the land circulation is established. The resettlement in the land of district LS in Chongqing City is taken a case study, and its resettlement mode based on the land circulation is analyzed. The results indicate that the resettlement efficiency is satisfactory.
