水利水电工程农村移民的教育和培训研究

摘要

移民教育培训在移民经济收入水平恢复中发挥着不可低估的作用.通过对我国水利水电工程农村移民教育培训现状的分析,结合水利水电工程农村移民的特点,按照年龄、性别、民族差异对移民进行分类并设定其教育培训的目标,指出有必要建立完善的移民教育培训体系,从而增强移民的科学文化和职业技能水平,增加移民非农就业机会.%The education and training of resettlement caused by hydropower projects play an important role in the restoration of their economic income level. By analyzing the current situation of education and training of the rural resettlement in China and combining their characteristics, the resettlement are classified according to their age, sex and nationality, and their goal of education and training is set. It is necessary to establish perfect education and training system for the resettlement so as to improve their science and culture and professional skills and to help them to find non-agricultural employment opportunities.
