高校辅导员培训的内容应突出大学生思想政治教育的工作主线，弥补现有辅导员专业和知识结构的差缺，强化专题培训和高级研修，引入发展型、学习型培训。%Advisors＇ training should highlight college students＇ ideological and political education, improve advisors＇ professional knowledge structure, intensify featured training and advanced study and import development- oriented and learning- oriented training.
