社会转型时期党的宗教政策的回顾与思考

Document No. 19 issued in 1982 by the Central Committee has been the framework of the Party＇s policy on religion. The Constitution of 1982 states clearly that all citizens of the People＇s Republic of China enjoy freedom of religious belief. In the 90s, the Central Committee established ＂Carrying out the Party＇s policy on freedom of religious belief correctly and thoroughly, managing religious affairs according to law, adhering to the principle of independence and selfgovernance and actively guiding religious personnel to adapt to socialist society＂ as its basic guidelines relating religion, striving for a constructive role of religion in socialist harmony.%中发[1982]19号文件是我党关于宗教问题的纲领性文件。82宪法明确规定“中华人民共和国公民有宗教信仰的自由”。20世纪90年代，中央提出“全面正确地贯彻党的宗教信仰自由政策，依法管理宗教事务，坚持独立自主自办原则，积极引导宗教与社会主义社会相适应”的基本宗教政策和方针，要求努力发挥宗教在构建社会主义和谐社会中的积极作用。
