大学生课外兼职现状调查分析——以广西大学行健文理独立学院为例

Surveys reveal students from independent colleges, when looking for part- time jobs, often face problems such as absence of regular intermediaries, mismatch of their expectation with employers＇ requirements and no guarantee for their rights and interests. Solution to these problems lies with enhancement of college students＇ legal awareness, intensified government supervision over intermediary agencies and reinforced legal protection.%调查发现，独立学院大学生课外兼职中存在正规中介机构缺乏、大学生的兼职期待与用人单位对学生的要求发生错位、兼职大学生的权益缺乏全面保障等问题。针对这些问题，应该从提高大学生的法律意识、加强中介机构的政府监管、加强法律保障等方面加以改进。
