This paper expounds the composition and features of advisors＇ educational power, a basic theoretical matter in the team construction, with the intention of deepening advisors＇ awareness of their worth and enabling them to have a better command of their work. Development of advisors＇ edu- cational power relies on optimized systems, specified work and professionalized teams.%辅导员教育权力是辅导员队伍建设的一个基本理论问题。阐释辅导员教育权力的构成和特征，将进一步深化对辅导员职业的价值认识，从而在更深层次上把握辅导员工作的现状，以制度优化、工作细化和队伍专业化为突破，发展辅导员的教育权力，掌握思想政治教育主导权。
