目的：探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期（ AECOPD ）患者血清 S100钙结合蛋白 A9（S100A9）、白细胞介素-17（IL-17）、高迁移率族蛋白1（HMGB1）的表达水平变化及其临床意义。方法选取本院呼吸内科收治的82例AECOPD患者（ AECOPD组）、60例慢阻肺稳定期患者（ COPD组）、60例健康研究对象（健康组），分别测定三组的血清IL-17、HMGB1、S100A9水平，同时分析其与AECOPD患者肺功能的关系。结果 AECOPD组患者的FEV1／FVC％、FEV1占预计值％均显著的低于COPD组、健康组且差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05），COPD组患者的FEV1／FVC％、FEV1占预计值％均显著的低于健康组且差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；AECOPD组患者的血清S100A9、IL-17、HMGB1、TNF-ɑ、MIP-1ɑ水平显著的高于COPD组、健康组且差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05），COPD组患者的血清S100A9、IL-17、HMGB1、TNF-ɑ、MIP-1ɑ水平显著的高于健康组且差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；AECOPD组患者的血清S100A9、IL-17、HMGB1与FEV1／FVC％、FEV1占预计值％均呈显著的负相关关系（ r＝－0.517、r＝－0.385、r＝－0.563、r＝－0.62、r＝－0.435、r＝－0.664，P＜0.05）。结论 AECOPD患者血清S100A9、IL-17、HMGB1水平显著的提高，并且与患者的肺功能呈显著的负相关性。%Objective To investigate the changes of serum levels of S 100 ( A9 ) , interleukin-17 ( IL-17 ) and high mobility group protein 1 ( HMGB1) in patients with AECOPD and its clinical significance .Methods The study selected 82 AECOPD patients as the AECOPD group , 60 stable COPD patients as the COPD group , and 60 healthy subjects as the healthy group .Their serum IL-17, HMGB1 and S100A9 were detected, and their relationship with lung function was analyzed in patients with AECOPD .Results The value of FEV1/FVC%and FEV1%predic-ted value were significantly lower in the AECOPD group than in the COPD group and the healthy group (P<0.05), and they were significantly lower in the COPD group than in the healthy group (P<0.05).Serum S100A9, IL-17, HMGB1, TNF-ɑand MIP-1ɑ were the highest in the AECOPD group , followed by the COPD group and the healthy group (P<0.05).In the AECOPD group, serum S100A9, IL-17 and HMGB1 were positively correlated with FEV1/FVC%, FEV1%and predicted value ( r=-0.517, r=-0.385, r=-0.563, r=-0.62, r=-0.435, r=-0.664, P<0.05).Conclusion Serum S100A9, IL-17 and HMGB1 increase significantly in AECOPD patients , and they are negatively correlated with lung function .
