血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶对神经母细胞瘤的诊治价值

         

摘要

Objective To evaluate the significance of serum neuron specific enolase (NSE) in early diagnosis,staging and therapeutic evaluation in neuroblastoma (NB). Methods Thirty (30) patients with NB, twenty (20) patients with Wilms’ tumor (WT) and rhabdomyosarcoma (RB) and twenty (20) healthy children were analyzed.Serum NSE was measured. The relationship between NSE and diseases were evaluated. Results The NSE of all patients with NB were higher than that of patients with WT or RB (both P < 0.05). The positive rate of NSE in stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ were higher than those in stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ . After 2 cycles of chemotherapy, the levels of NSE in chemotherapyresponsive group were more obviously higher than that in chemotherapy-resistant group (P < 0.05). Conclusions NSE level is valuable for early diagnosis, staging and therapeutic response evaluation in NB.%目的 探讨血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)在神经母细胞瘤(NB)患儿的诊断、分期及疗效评价中的作用.方法 分析30例NB患儿、20例肾母细胞瘤(WT)及横纹肌肉瘤(RB)患儿,以及20例正常儿童的临床资料,检测血清NSE水平,分析其与疾病的关系.结果 30例初诊NB患儿的血清NSE水平升高,为(87.5 ± 69.5)ng/ml,30例初诊WT及RB患儿血清NSE水平处于正常范围,为(6.30 ± 3.30)ng/ml,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05);Ⅲ、Ⅳ期NB患儿血清NSE较Ⅰ、Ⅱ期增高;经2个疗程强化疗后,NB患儿血清NSE水平[(12.8 ± 4.20)ng/ml]较治疗前明显下降(P < 0.05);复发的7例血清NSE水平均升高,为(54.9 ± 34.8)ng/ml,无复发的23例患儿血清NSE为(12.0 ± 4.0)ng/ml,两者差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05).结论 NSE测定对神经母细胞瘤的早期诊断、分期及治疗过程中动态监测疗效评价具有较高的临床应用价值.
