基于关键词共现分析的我国先心病介入诊疗发展的可视化研究

摘要

目的 通过社会网络分析法中关键词共现的方式,研究我国先天性心脏病(CHD)介入诊疗的发展,并建立可视化网络.方法 于2010年12月以主题词“心脏缺损、先天性”和自由词“介入”在中国生物医学数据库(CBM)检索文献,使用Endnote X4将文献分2000年以前、2001-2005年、2006—2010年3组,提取核心关键词,利用Excel 2010建立共现矩阵,最后使用Ucinet 6.0绘制可视化网络.结果 成功建立我国CHD介入诊疗发展可视化网络,直观反映十余年来该研究领域的热点变化,展现我国在裙关领域的快速进步.结论 我国CHD介入诊疗有了极大的发展,从单纯封堵技术的研究向多元化的研究方向转变,同时国产化封堵器的广泛应用,进一步推动了该学科的发展.%Objective To study the progress of interventional diagnosis and therapy of congenital heart disease (CHD) using keywords co-occurrence and social network analysis in China, and build visualized network. Methods The China Biology Medicine (CBM) disc was searched using MeSH keywords "heart defect, congenital" and free keywords "intervention" in Decemher 2010. The search resulted in 2144 articles, which were imported into Endnote X4. These articles were divided into 3 groups, priot to the year 2000, 2001 to 2005, and 2006 to 2010. The core-keywords were taken out in 3 groups by Endnote X4, and the co-occurrence matrix was buitt in Excel 2010. Then visualized network was drawn in Ucinet 6.0. Results The visualized network was successfully built, and it directly reflected the changes of hot topics in this field in the last decade. Conclusions In recent years, the interventional diagnosis and therapy of congenital heart disease made a great progress in China. The research theme changed from simply occluder and related techniques to multiple focused in CHD interventional field. Domestic research, development and application of occluden are very important factors to the development of interventional diagnosis and therapy of CHD in China.
