儿童紫癜性肾炎的诊治

紫癜性肾炎是儿童时期最常见的继发性肾脏疾病,其临床表现轻重不一,可仅表现为镜下血尿或微量蛋白尿,也可表现为急性肾炎综合征、肾病综合征或急进性肾炎综合征.因此在治疗上必须强调根据其临床分型结合病理变化给予相应的治疗.%Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis is the most common secondary renal disease in childhood and its clinical manifestations vary. It may only have microscopic hematuria, or microalbuminuria, hut also can have acute nephritic syndrome, nephrotic syndrome or rapidly progressive glomerulonephritis syndrome. Therefore, it must be emphasized that the appropriate treatment is given according to their clinical classification and pathological changes.
