摘要

This paper describes the clinical epidemiologic features, main pathogenesis, early diagnostic biomarkers and managements of septic acute kidney injury in children. It is suggested that pediatric clinicians should increase awareness of the treatment of septic acute kidney injury in children.%阐述儿童脓毒症急性肾损伤的临床流行病学特点、主要发病机制、早期诊断指标及治疗要点，提醒儿科临床医师要关注儿童脓毒症急性肾损伤的救治。
