According to the fact that the triaxial parallelism parameters of optical collimator effect in the its perfor-mance, a system used for testing triaxial parallelism of optical collimator is developed in this paper, which includes some key technologies such as parabolic off-axis lens, two spectroscopic and high precision CCD camera. The triaxial are optical sights white & infrared targeting axis, the laser launching axis. Via analyzing the optical path, the mathe-matical model of triaxial parallelism are built,and the error factors are analyzed and calculated. The system is calibrat-ed by autocollimation theodolite whose accuracy is 0.5″ and the experimental results show that the measurement error is<3″.%针对光学瞄具三轴一致性参数对其性能产生的影响,设计一套采用离轴抛物镜、两块分光镜及高精度CCD相机等关键技术,实现光学瞄具白光瞄准轴、红外瞄准轴、激光发射轴三轴一致性检测的系统。分析系统成像光路,建立了三轴一致性的数学计算模型,对检测方法中误差因素进行测量、分析,最后采用精度为0.5″的自准直经纬仪对检测系统进行标定,实验结果表明,检测系统测量误差<3″。
