中小企业技术创新风险来源的实证分析

摘要

创新风险是制约中小企业技术创新的重要因素。本文通过实地访谈和问卷调查，设计了中小企业技术创新风险的42因素指标体系；实证分析了中小企业在创新人才、创新资金、创新信息，以及知识产权保护和创新政策环境等方面的主要风险来源。%Innovation risk is an important restricting factor for the technical innovation of small and medium enterprises. Through interviews and questionnaires, the paper designs of 42 factors index system of technology in- novation risk, from the creative talents, funds, information, intellectual property protection, and the policy envi- ronment, etc, make an empirical analysis of the main risk factor of technological innovation of the small and medi- um - sized enterprises.
