基于有限元法的拖轮橡胶护舷硫化工艺

         

摘要

根据橡胶的热物性参数和流变试验结果,分别采用本文提出的抛物线模型以及经典线性模型和K-R模型描述其比热容、导热系数和硫化程度的变化,运用商业软件ABAQUS及其用户子程序UMATHT进行某拖轮橡胶护舷硫化-传热耦合分析,并研究气候条件、蒸汽温度对该护舷硫化特性的影响.研究结果表明:当前工艺的升温硫化时间可以减小17%;气候条件对护舷正硫化时间影响很大,最大相差13.4%;初始温度和蒸汽温度越高,橡胶的焦烧期越短,硫化越早完成,温度升高越快;所提出的方法切实可行,为橡胶护舷硫化设计提供了一种较经济实用的预估方法.%According to the experimental results, parabola model, classical linear model and K-R model was used to describe the variations of specific heat, heat conduction and state-of-cure of the rubber, respectively. Based on the commercial software ABAQUS and its user subroutine UMATHT, cure-thermal analysis of some tugboat rubber fender was presented. Then the effects of weather condition and steam temperature on the fender curing performance were investigated. The results show that the heating-up curing time of the current craft can be reduced by 17%. The weather condition has a great effect on the curing time, and the biggest difference is 13.4%. The higher the initial and steam temperature are, the shorter the induction time is, the sooner the curing process is finished, and the faster the temperature increases. The proposed method is feasible, which providing an economical and practical predicting method for rubber fender curing process.
