脉石在硫化锑精矿低温熔炼过程中的行为

         

摘要

To develope a low carbon clean metallurgical method for antimony sulfide ore, the behaviors of gangue including SiO2, CaCO3, A12O3, MgCO3 and FeS2 were investigated by XRD analysis and DSC-TGA thermal analysis techniques on the basis of thermodynamic calculations during antimony separation from stibnite concentrate through a low temperature smelting. The results show that all the silicon generates soluble Na2Si0j and MgCO3 decomposes and does not react with Na2CO3. CaCO3, FeS2 and A12O3 partly react and consume part of the molten Na2CO3. Smelting experiments need to keep adding Na2CO3.%为开发清洁的硫化锑矿低碳冶金方法,在热力学理论计算的基础上,采用XRD分析和DSC-TGA热分析技术,研究硫化锑精矿低温熔盐熔炼过程中SiO2,CaCO3,Al2O3,MgCO3和FeS2等脉石成分的行为.研究结果表明:二氧化硅全部生成可溶性的Na2SiO3,MgCO3在850℃时分解,不与Na2CO3反应.CaCO3,Al2O3和FeS2部分发生反应,消耗Na2CO3熔盐,在熔炼实验中需要不断补加Na2CO3.
