浓相气固流化床悬浮体黏度的计算模型

         

摘要

利用浓相气固流化床模型进行模拟实验,研究浓相气固流化床悬浮液黏度的影响因素以及变化规律,并在实验的过程中采用NDJ-1旋转黏度计较精确地测定不同实验条件下的流化床悬浮液黏度.同时,根据刚性颗粒悬浮液黏度的假设原理结合浓相气固流化床的特性,从理论上推导适合浓相气固流化床悬浮液的黏度计算模型.最后,通过DPS数据处理软件对数据进行拟合与分析.结果表明:模型的计算值能够很好地吻合测量值,其决定系数R2可达至0.99,这对于浓相气固流化床悬浮体黏度的测定具有重要的指导意义.%Using dense phase gas-solid fluidized beds simulation model, the influence factors and changing rule of viscosity of suspension in the gas-solid dense phase fluidized bed were studied. The viscosities under different conditions were tested using NDJ-1 rotary viscometer exactly. According to the assumption of rigid particulate suspension's viscosity with characteristics of the air heavy medium fluidized bed, the viscosity calculation model was derived. Finally, the data were fit and analyzed by DPS, The results show that the computed value can be in correlation with measured values, and the correlation determination R2 can reach 0.99, so that the model has great significance on the measurement of viscosity in the fluidized bed.
